These terms apply alongside any client engagement letter or service agreement entered into separately. Where there is a conflict, the terms of a signed engagement letter take precedence.

Krob Krua Law provides family legal services in Thailand, including:

• Child Arrangements Support — assistance with parenting plans, time-sharing, and care discussions
• Mediation and Agreement Drafting — facilitated dialogue and preparation of agreed terms

All services are subject to a separate engagement process. Information published on this website is provided for general awareness only and does not constitute legal advice. 3. Enquiries and Initial Contact

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a client relationship. A relationship is established only when both parties have agreed in writing to the scope and terms of engagement. Until that point, any information shared remains confidential but does not carry the protections of legal professional privilege.

We will respond to enquiries within a reasonable time during business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 ICT). Response times may vary during public holidays.

4. Fees and Payment

Our fee schedule is published on the Services page of this website. Fees are displayed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Fees are subject to change; the rate applicable to your matter will be confirmed in writing at the time of engagement.

Payment terms, invoicing schedules, and any deposit requirements will be set out in your engagement letter. Queries about fees should be directed to [email protected].

5. Client Responsibilities

To allow us to assist you effectively, we ask that you:

• Provide accurate and complete information relevant to your matter
• Let us know promptly if your circumstances or instructions change
• Respond to requests for information within agreed timeframes
• Ensure that any documents you share with us are lawfully in your possession

We are not responsible for outcomes affected by incomplete or inaccurate information provided to us.
