1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website at krobkrualaw.cyou and the services provided by Krob Krua Law, a family legal practice based at 167 Asok Montri Road, Watthana, Bangkok 10110, Thailand. By using this website or engaging our services, you accept these terms. If anything here is unclear, please contact us before proceeding.

These terms apply alongside any client engagement letter or service agreement entered into separately. Where there is a conflict, the terms of a signed engagement letter take precedence.

2. Nature of Our Services

Krob Krua Law provides family legal services in Thailand, including:

All services are subject to a separate engagement process. Information published on this website is provided for general awareness only and does not constitute legal advice. We recommend speaking with a qualified practitioner before relying on any content here in connection with a specific situation.

3. Enquiries and Initial Contact

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a client relationship. A relationship is established only when both parties have agreed in writing to the scope and terms of engagement. Until that point, any information shared remains confidential but does not carry the protections of legal professional privilege.

We will respond to enquiries within a reasonable time during business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 ICT). Response times may vary during public holidays.

4. Fees and Payment

Our fee schedule is published on the Services page of this website. Fees are displayed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Fees are subject to change; the rate applicable to your matter will be confirmed in writing at the time of engagement.

Payment terms, invoicing schedules, and any deposit requirements will be set out in your engagement letter. Queries about fees should be directed to [email protected].

5. Client Responsibilities

To allow us to assist you effectively, we ask that you:

We are not responsible for outcomes affected by incomplete or inaccurate information provided to us.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared with us in strict confidence. Information relating to your matter will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or applicable professional rules. Details of how we handle personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content published on this website — including text, design, structure, and written materials — belongs to Krob Krua Law or is used with appropriate permission. You may view and print content for your own personal reference. Reproduction, adaptation, or redistribution for any other purpose requires our prior written consent.

However, legal information may change, and content should not be relied upon as a substitute for qualified legal advice. We do not accept liability for decisions made solely on the basis of information found on this website.

We may update, revise, or remove content at any time without notice.

9. Third-Party Links

This website may contain links to external websites for your convenience. We have no control over and take no responsibility for the content, accuracy, or availability of those sites. A link does not imply endorsement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Krob Krua Law's liability in connection with services provided is limited to the fee paid for those specific services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from your use of this website or reliance on information published here.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law, including professional negligence or fraud.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising under them are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand, unless alternative dispute resolution is agreed between the parties.
